Lakewood Subdivision, Fort McMurray

Our plan for this 123 acre subdivision was to provide a unique neighborhood that would supply a range of different housing including apartments, duplexes, single family residential and estate lots. We incorporated various public spaces including a wetland park to give residents a central recreational area to enjoy. Careful planning and appropriate architectural controls have made the Lakewood Subdivision one of the best neighborhoods in Fort McMurray.

Montane Village

Ready for Occupancy in 2000, this 71 unit apartment style condominium represented first venture into large multifamily projects. Successfully sold out and fully leased, Montane Village continues to provide a convenient destination for residents and weekenders to the Bow Valley.

Combined within this project is 6,000 Sq. Ft. of retail space located on the ground floor with plenty of parking.

Parsons Creek, Fort McMurray

This is a 100 acre site that we began developing in Spring of 2004. We have completed and sold over 300 residential lots to local builders and individuals.

Prospect Subdivision, Canmore

This is a 32 acre site by the Bow River in Canmore, Alberta, which comprises 40 single family estate lots and 2 multi-family sites. Given the keen local interest in environmental issues it was important to ensure that the housing development was harmonious with its natural surroundings. Strong architectural controls have ensured that the mix of housing enhances the location and provides owners with a most desirable lifestyle.

The Boardwalk

An exciting combination or Retail, Office, and Tourist Home accommodation, this project is located right in the heat of Canmore. The building got its name from the boardwalk built on Policeman's Creek located out the back door.

Its 19 residential units are located on the upper floors and there is a combination of 13,500 Sq. Ft. of office and retail on the first two levels. Since 1999 this building has been a quality addition to Canmore’s architectural landscape.
