Our buildings are well-constructed and we hope that they will stand as landmarks for years to come. One of our projects won the Mayor's Award for 'Urban Design & Architecture.' Canmore Crossing, in the downtown area of Canmore, combines luxurious condominiums with a marketplace atmosphere featuring shops and restaurants.

We are proud to be contributing to the community we care about in a lasting way. As a developer we do not make our money on upgrades. Our homes come complete with many features that others charge for as additions.

DEVONIAN PROPERTIES began developing residential and commercial projects in Canmore more than ten years ago. Today, Devonian operates a number of projects in the condominium, custom home and commercial/residential development areas in Alberta. We have earned a reputation for developing projects that reflect the needs of this special community.

We are also very active in Fort McMurray! One of our newest projects "Longboat Landing" is coming to the market in October 2005. This will be Fort McMurray's first master planned community. In our Vision Mission Statement we proclaimed our ongoing commitment to a healthy lifestyle and workplace. It has long been our company motto to 'Do More, Play More and Live More'. Having sponsored many promising young athletes over the years, Devonian's staff is committed to the mountain way of life. Between us we manage to mountain bike, climb, hike, canoe, heli-ski, ride horses, golf, skate-ski, run and most importantly drink lots of coffee while taking in the view. If you can't find us at the office, look for us out on the trail.
