Devonian Properties embraces the philosophy of “Growing your Limits”. Both in business and our personal lives, a spirit of adventure and confidence is ingrained with all of our team here. As well as the bike riding, skiing, kayaking and hiking, you will find a focused group of individuals dedicated to bringing out the best in each other, our projects, partners and our customers.
Perhaps nothing embodies our motto of Do More, Play More, Live More than the mural on the Draw Works building in central Canmore. Initially dedicated to mountain biking when the building was built in 1997 the mural was recommissioned in 2005 in honour of the memory of Isabelle Dube.
Isabelle embodied so much of what living in a community like Canmore means. A dedicate Mother, Wife, Athlete and community advocate, we could think of no better person who worked and played in this community.
Part of Devonian Properties philosophy embodies the spirit of giving back. The communities in which we have our projects have been receptive and the principal returning that support has been with us since day one. Our staff in our office is very active in all sorts of organizations from business groups like Canmore Economic Development, UDI, Civic Visioning Committees to community clubs. As well as our personal involvement in community organizations Devonian is proud of our sponsorships of many worthwhile causes and events.
So as you can see Do More, Play More, Live More is just not a slogan at our company. It is a spirit embraced by all here. It is also a challenge for us to bring out the best in ourselves in our business and community.
